"Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

"If you can afford any other hotel please for the love of god stay there. I would rather stay at the Bates Motel instead of this tish hole. After a long hard day working at Harewood House food festival we arrived to check in at 8pm to be told we had to pay to park in the hotel car park (like they didn’t charge enough for the crap room to cover the cost of this and they certainly don’t put that money to the upkeep of the hotel) We have stayed in many hotels but this by far is the worst. "It is a very lovely and charming hotel! The bed is very comfortable and warm. The service was great and we were allowed to make adjustments on the menu during our breakfast. Plus, it is a short walk from the Brontë Parsonage Museum. The only downside is the ceiling in the bathroom which is very low and also having to carry our luggage throughout the stairs. But I guess this happens all over England. Nonetheless, I recommend it! "
