Welcome to our spacious 165 m² house, entirely designed for unforgettable moments with family or friends.
Nestled in a quiet street in Armbouts-Cappel, our villa offers the perfect balance between the charm of the Flemish countryside and the immediate proximity to Dunkirk and its beaches (only 10-15 minutes away!).
Whether you come to explore the Opal Coast, take a walk around the town's lake or simply meet by the fire, you are at home here.
The Accommodation
As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the generous volumes and the neat and colourful decoration which gives a unique soul to each room.

• The Cosy Living Room & Fireplace: A large ultra-comfortable corner sofa for your movie nights (large flat screen) or to read by a good crackling wood fire.
• The Table d'Hôtes: A magnificent and imposing raw wood table suspended under a plant decoration. The ideal place for long convivial meals for up to 8 people.
• The Games & Kitchen Area: A superb fully equipped kitchen with a sunny and modern yellow look, open to a unique entertainment area with a real electric blue billiards table. Challenge your loved ones while preparing dinner!
• The Outside: Large bay windows open onto a private courtyard/terrace with garden furniture, perfect for sunny days.
🛏️ The Sleeping Areas (4 cozy rooms – up to 8 guests): The house is designed for the comfort of all, with an excellent distribution of rooms:
1. On the first floor: A very large and magnificent master suite (terracotta walls and white bricks), ideal for those who prefer to avoid the stairs.
2. Upstairs:
o A second bright double bedroom in sage green tones.
o A third double bedroom with a warm and bohemian atmosphere (terracotta).
o A cosy fourth bedroom under the roof, ideal for children or an intimate cocoon.
o A playroom equipped for children.
The Neighbourhood & The Local Territory
Armbouts-Cappel is a charming, unspoilt Flemish village, offering a green and peaceful setting.
• On foot from the house: Enjoy the walking trails and the Armbouts-Cappel lake, perfect for a family outing in the great outdoors.
• Practical side: Very quick access to the main motorways to get around easily.
• In the immediate vicinity (10-15 min):
o Discover Dunkirk, its historic port, its famous carnival and its museums.
o Enjoy the beach of Malo-les-Bains, its famous colourful cabins, of its restaurants and its artisanal ice creams.
o Escape to the Monts de Flandre, Bergues and its fortifications, Kassel (voted the most beautiful village in France) to enjoy a Flemish carbonnade in a traditional estaminet.
o The Belgian border is only 20 minutes away for a cross-border getaway! (Plopsaland 25 minutes away, Bruges less than 1 hour away)
