"The place was very clean and beautiful. It could use a few more mixing bowls and serving platters for holiday cooking. The only complaint I have would be the master bedroom is freezing cold at night and there is no way to raise the heat (they are locked) and all the beds have a very thin blanket. The big bedroom with the four beds in it also gets very very cold. We slept with socks and robes on it was so cold a few nights. The bathroom in the upstairs master never got above luke warm water. "Beginning in the early 1970s through the early 2000s, my daughter and I used to vacation at a family-owned cabin on Castle Rock Lake (long since sold off) . We have reminisced often about this area of Wisconsin and on an impromptu basis, just a few days before making a reservation, we decided to rent a cabin for a few days so that could revisit some of our favorite hiking and "hang out" spots. The Full Moon Cabin was perfectly situated for our visit."

"Had a wonderful time with the family here, there is no wifi or cable but the host does have a bunch of movies to settle in for a cozy winter night. There's a ton of fun stuff outside that would be great in the summer. Host was responsive and the location was clean and easy to access. Would love to stay here again!"

"We had a great time for our girls weekend ! Plenty of beds, parking, bathrooms, and hang out space for 8 ladies in our 40’s. Wish the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the outdoor accommodations more, but we got to squeeze in some time using the outdoor gas fire pit between rain showers.
