"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. It just provided some quiet background music to our al fresco dinner, which we found quite pleasant. The garden is tired and...

"Quarto bem espaçoso, tinha até fogão, para nossa sorte, já que que pegamos durante 2 dias seguidos e aproveitamos para cozinhar e beber vinho. Bons drinks no bar do hotel. É essencial alugar carro desde o aeroporto, pois tudo é muito longe em Zakynthos. A praia próxima do hotel não serve para banho. Equipe atenciosa. "

"We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. "We loved the property as it was a modern, beautiful and great to have a quiet break. Spacious, clean, comfortable with multiple relaxing areas. Pool was fantastic with outside kitchen with covered cabana area.Excellent heat control with Aircon and shutters.The supply of essentials we found on arrival was a great surprise.An awesome property which we would recommend to anyone, adults or families."

"Such a wonderful villa! Location is perfect. 100m walk to a small quiet beach, 200m to a supermarket, another few hundred meters to shops, pharmacy and some great restaurants. The villa is clean and has everything you need, including good AC. Our children especially loved the fantastic pool, which was cleaned daily. "Uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijke host die het complex en de bar runde. Mooi en groot appartement, we zaten in Coco palm deluxe. Het zwembad is wat klein maar je loopt in 5 min naar de zee. Er is ook regelmatig schoongemaakt, heerlijk. We hebben alleen de jacuzzi niet gebruikt omdat we de leidingen niet vertrouwden op legionella."
