"I had no expectatives for that hotel, but it was worse than I was ready for. The hotel was sold and change chain. No information about my reservation so I HAD TO PAY A SECOND TIME. Roons were so dirty (I had to change roons due to Cigarrette smell) Roaches in the room, even in the 3rd floor. I had to buy towels for my use because the ones they ofered were very stained.
