"We were all set to arrive in Casa Grande and stay at this property. Check-in was 4:00 PM. The owner cancelled at 5:00 PM after I requested them to send me our check-in information that we had not received. We had to scramble to find a last minute hotel room when traveling with small children and three adults. Ended up getting a hotel that cost almost twice the initial reservation cost and VRBO would not assist in any additional reimbursement."

"What a cute little place!! The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and they had everything we needed. The pool was heated and such a bonus! We had to extend our stay and they made it easy to do. I will recommend this property to family when they are in town"

"The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. "

"Great house for a group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out to relax or gather together for games and conversation. Location is close to all the stores, restaurants & attractions. Ted was great host & very responsive to minor questions I had. Will return again to this wonderful home!"

"I appreciate that the owner responded immediately when I sent him a message The property was very nice inside very tidy nice clean towels in all the rooms. Nice clean kitchen. Everything there that we needed for the weekend. The only issue is that, where the TV is at there was a lot of dust on the wooden TV stand where the stereo is at Also, the shower curtain in the bathrooms were not very clean in the inside of the shower curtain"

"Christina, was a great host. She accommodated our requests that increased our enjoyment and the relaxing nature of our visit. My son loved riding the bike, at the rental, back and forth to our family who lived in the area. Christina provided a bike pump and helmets so we could choose which bikes would work best. "My hubby doesn’t care for coffee pods so we bought a coffee maker, filters and coffee and left it there - cuz we plan on being back! Only thing that we missed was grilling our steaks as the bbq had no propane. We really enjoyed the property, it was quiet and ver comfortable. Really need a new frying pan though!"

"I stayed at the house April10-16, 2024. I gave the house 4.8 stars and not a full 5 stars only due to some cosmetic issues. The owners were super great to work with and promptly answered any questions. The house was very neat and clean, well maintained indoors and well stocked with kitchen utensils, although a toaster would have been great. The bathroom supplies were well stocked. "My family and I stayed for 4 nights here and it was perfect for us. They had plenty of pillows on each bed and the beds slept comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with the utensils and cookware that we needed. The internet and Roku worked great as well. Most importantly, the home was very clean and maintained. We couldn’t sit outside in the backyard because everything was dusty and the birds had left a lot behind but it looked nice otherwise. We would definitely choose to stay here again."

"House was clean and spacious. Trash can had a bad odor which made the garage smell very badly. Light bulbs missing and burnt out. Batteries missing from remote. Master bathroom sink clogged. No heated pool as listed. Pool handle bar very rusted and is the water at all times. BBQ filthy dirty and needs propane"
