The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed and its own private en-suite bathroom, while the second has two single beds. There is also a second full bathroom accessed separately. Between the two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bath, providing added convenience when travelling together. The living room has a spacious sofa bed.

The open-plan living and dining area flows into the kitchen and connects directly with the outdoor space. The private terraces total 61 m², with an awning and outdoor furniture on one of them, providing a pleasant setting for breakfast, family meals and relaxed time outside.

Within the residential complex, guests can enjoy a communal swimming pool open throughout the year from 09:00 to 22:00, with 20 shared sun loungers. There is also a communal gym, providing an additional option for staying active without leaving the complex.

The apartment includes a 55" Smart TV, 600 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, sandwich maker and extractor.

Private parking is not included and a cot and high chair are not currently provided. There is a step at the entrance and some doorways are narrow, so the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The pool and gym are shared facilities subject to the residential complex rules.
