The holiday home: Son Cotoner is a spacious house that can accommodate up to eight people. With a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The house was newly built with high-quality materials and lovingly furnished to offer you maximum comfort.

Comfortable amenities: The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a spacious dining area and a roomy pantry. The living room invites you to relax with comfortable sofas by the fireplace and an integrated dining area. From here, you can access the large, covered terrace, which offers a picturesque view of the garden and the 8x4 meter swimming pool. This terrace is a shady haven in the summer, perfect for spending relaxing hours.

The holiday home is also equipped with modern entertainment electronics, including a music system, a DVD player, German satellite television and Wi-Fi, so that you can stay well connected during your stay. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom, and pool/beach are also provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. For families with small children, we are happy to provide a cot and highchair free of charge.

The surroundings: One of Son Cotoner's greatest advantages is its proximity to the village of Ariany. A supermarket on the same street makes it easy to stock up on supplies. The booked holiday accommodation is exclusively for holiday use. It is strictly forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that violate the law or disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events) is sufficient.
