This large, air-conditioned gîte, ideal for family or friends gatherings, can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. It offers 7 spacious and cozy bedrooms:

Ground floor: two bedrooms for couples, each equipped with a double bed (140×200 cm and 160×200 cm) and its own shower room with private toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms with two single beds (90×200 cm) and a large family room with a double bed (160×200 cm) and a single bed (90×200 cm) share two bathrooms with toilets. There is also a double bedroom (160×200 cm) with a private shower room and toilet on this floor.

The living spaces are designed for conviviality: a spacious, light-filled living room, a dining room opening onto the terrace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an adjoining utility room. For optimal comfort, the accommodation features 3 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 6 toilets, one of which is separate from the bedrooms and located in the entrance hall.

Outside, enjoy a large, unfenced 5,000 m² garden, ideal for games and relaxation, including a pétanque court. You will also find a large covered terrace, garden furniture for 15 people, and a summer kitchen for enjoying al fresco dining.

The cottage is also designed with young children in mind, with baby equipment including a high chair and suitable beds. It also benefits from a high-speed fiber optic internet connection, so you can stay connected with ease. Pets are not allowed. All-inclusive price for a worry-free stay. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
