It also features air conditioning and a 9m² terrace with views of the pine forest and the sea.

The "Les Templiers" residence is a building without an elevator located right on the beach. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. The building is situated in the area known as "Plage Nord" (North Beach). It's an ideal location for a holiday stay.
