The property features 2 dedicated bedrooms alongside additional sleeping arrangements distributed across the living space and an upper-floor gallery, all served by 1 bathroom.
On the ground level, the living and sleeping area is furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to the partly roofed terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private retreat. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchenette is fully equipped and conveniently located on this level. A shower room and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.
The upper floor is accessed via a steep staircase and features a gallery with sloping ceilings, where 2 additional beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length are situated. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including this gallery space, are located in open-plan areas rather than enclosed bedrooms.
