External Description



Villa Pasqualina is an ancient Tuscan farmhouse located among the rolling hills of Valdichiana area, just a few km from Arezzo and Cortona.

The property boasts an enclosed garden with private parking for 4 cars and a ping-pong table, perfect for the enjoyment of adults and children.

Under an independent porch you will find an outdoor dining area with a table for 6 people and a barbecue.

Moreover within the garden is a fantastic private pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.20 - 2.20 m), open from April to October, and equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and external shower.



Internal Description



Villa Pasqualina is located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse and is spread over 2 levels. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed on request. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. All rooms are equipped with portable fans. Some windows are endowed with mosquito nets.

Please note that the ground floor of the farmhouse is uninhabited and closed to guests. Access to the villa is only via the external stairs which lead directly to the 1st floor.



You are welcomed by a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with: dining table for 6 people, working fireplace, hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Following is a large and bright living room with two sofas and tv.

The sleeping area consists of 1 large double bedroom (with wardrobe and desk) and 1 twin bedroom. There are also 2 bathrooms, both provided with bathtub/shower.

On the mezzanine (reachable by climbing some stairs) you will find another twin bedroom with wardrobe.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (70.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
