Casale Elisa is a wonderful stone cottage situated on a hill with splendid views over the valley of Arezzo and the beginning of the Valley of Casentino.

The property covers an area of ??about 7 hectares dedicated mainly to the cultivation of olive trees (about 500 olive trees) for the production of extra virgin olive oil that the owners also sell their customers on request. The structure is composed by the main building with three floors but only the ground floor can be rented (the other floors are currently vacant and uninhabited).

In the same property, live the owner Mrs. Rossella with her mother in a small wing of the farmhouse, with private entrance. Their presence will go unnoticed as they are very sensitive and respectful of the privacy of their guests, but always welcoming and at their disposal.

The ideal location of this property is undoubtedly a strategic starting point and many excursions can be organized in this area rich in history, culture and tradition.

The beautiful city of Arezzo is located just 8 km from Casale Elisa and offers a wide variety of sites and monuments as well as numerous events throughout the year. The city, well known for its Goldsmith production, the commemoration of the "Giostra del Saracino" and for its famous Antiques Fair which attracts many fans and tourists each first Sunday of the month, has now been made ??world famous as the set for many scenes the film "Life Is Beautiful" by Roberto Benigni.
INTERIOR

Main entrance with access to a beautiful large lounge with high-impact stone walls and wooden beams. The lounge, furnished with taste and equipped with TV - Sat communicates with the beautiful open-space kitchen. The two areas are separated only by a beautiful arch.

From the kitchen / living room, a door leads to a transit lounge furnished with a double sofa bed. In this room there is a gateway to the exterior (back of the house) with a small terrace with garden furniture.

The transit living-room also leads to:

* one double bedroom with access onto the exterior

* a large suite with double bedroom and living room with double sofa-bed (both sleeping zones are separated by a curtain). From the living room (with access onto the exterior), two steps lead to a bathroom with shower and to a small lobby where the antique wooden door is the protagonist.

EXTERIOR
Casale Elisa has ample outdoor space furnished with garden furniture and enriched with a beautiful swimming pool 6x11 m (depth from 1.20 to 2.40 m) with salt water system located in a very quiet and sunny. The pool might be used occasionally by the owners.

Near the pool, there is a nice panoramic terrace equipped with beach umbrella, table and chairs. Close to the terrace and a short walk from the house, guests have at their disposal a barbecue and a gazebo

The owners live in a small wing of the property, adjacent to the main house. The owners have a separate entrance to their house (but the main gate of the property is common).

The price does not include : Final cleaning ( Euro 80) to be paid in cash to the owner, supplement for double sofa-bed (€ 150,00 each sofa bed for a maximum of n.2/WEEK), eventual Tourist Tax where applicable (details given on arrival)

On request: heating if used (15,00- Euro / day), extra linen (€ 12,00 per person per change), extra cleaning of the villa (Euro 12.00 per hour per person employed), wood (15 Euro / 100 kgs), chef service with typical Tuscan dishes and pizza (prices to be requested to the owner)
