Located in the central area, Casa Marietta enjoys a strategic position both for its proximity to the train station and the town center as well as to the waterfront and beaches. All easily accessible on foot in a few minutes.
Equipped with a precious parking space adjacent to the house, it is the ideal accommodation for beach holidays for couples of friends or for business reasons.

Casa Marietta is a recently renovated two-room apartment, so all the furnishings and systems are of the latest generation.
From the area with the adjoining parking space, return to the main road and enter, through a gate, the courtyard that leads to the main entrance of the building.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is divided into a living area with an open kitchenette complete with dishes, appliances and induction cookers. The bedroom consists of a double sofa bed, furniture with TV and wardrobe. The accommodation is completed by a functional bathroom with shower. The house can therefore accommodate up to 2 people.
Household and bath linen are included.
Pets are allowed even though there are no outdoor spaces.
Wi-Fi is available on request.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
