Torre de Gredos Apartments

The Torre de Gredos Apartments are two brand new apartments located on the first floor of a block of six houses, two per floor, in which the rest of the floors are empty.
Each of the floors has a living room, kitchen, patio, double bedroom with 135 bed and full bathroom, double bedroom with two 105 beds and toilet.
They are located in the urban area of Arenas de San Pedro, capital of the Valle del Tiétar and emblematic town of Andalucía de Ávila, with all services, great tourist offer (horseback riding, canoeing, quad, paintball, hiking, climbing, canyoning , mountain bike), commercial and leisure, in a unique environment and only an hour and a half from Madrid.
The floors are fully equipped for use, counting the kitchen with large and small appliances, bedding, towels, kitchenware, television, heating, etc.
You can rent a single apartment for four people, or both for the same group for a total of eight people, since both floors are on the same floor and share a portal, stairs and landing.
