This brand new spectacular modern style home was just finished a week ago. This beautiful home is located in a gated community. Very safe and secure. The home is only a 2 minute drive from town. This place has a phenomenal view of Lake Arenal. You will see amazing sunsets and sunrises. And if you love birds this is the place for you, feel free to use the bird feeder stand to see a variety of tropical birds, or any of the 3 hanging hummingbird feeders.

The space
This home is only 5 minutes from all the best restaurant in town. It is only 45km from all your adventure activities. White water rafting,ziplining,Atv tours, hikes and hot springs. Pretty much every hike and tour you can think of.

Guest access
You will have full access to the down stairs apartment Suites. . Feel free to use the bird feeder stand to see a variety of tropical birds. They love Cut Papaya, Plantains, and Bananas. Feel free to use the 3 hummingbird feeders as well. Use one part brown pure cane costa rica sugar with 3 parts water. We have a variety of wildlife you will able to view. Once the alarm is activated, please leave the house to prevent the alarm from being activated again by means of the motion sensors thank you !
