Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 20 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Aregno, nearby from the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- The studio also has an open, unfenced outdoor area where you can relax. There is a table and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

The studio is located in a quiet area, just 100 m from the beach, shops and restaurants, and 100 m from the train station. However, a car is still the most practical means of transport for exploring the area.

What to do:
The island of beauty abounds in both natural and cultural activities, so during your stay in Aregno you'll have the chance to take advantage of the town's sunshine to head to its various beaches to enjoy some quiet time or try your hand at the many water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips, etc. If you're keen to discover new things, explore the surrounding area and discover its wonders: the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting to be explored! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- La "micheline" train, which passes through several villages from Calvi to Ile Rousse
- Nearest airport: Calvi 20 km; Bastia 83 km
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
