"Belle maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire (et même plus) pour cuisiner et passer de très bonnes vacances. Bonne situation géographique: en étant au Nord de la Costa Rei, les plages sont belles et moins fréquentées"

"DerAufenthalt war sehr schön, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat alles sofort erledigt wenn was nicht gepasst hat. Waren viel mit den Motorrädern unterwegs, super Ausgangspunkt für schöne Tagestouren. Der Pool war super, wurde jedenTag gereinigt und PH-Wert gemessen. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Haus/Objekt ist von meiner Seite aus sehr weiter zu empfehlen."

"Le gros point fort de cette villa est l’emplacement. Située à deux pas de la plage et des commerces,c’est vraiment agréable. Les aménagements extérieurs sont très bien (terrasses,barbecue etc…). Il y a bien 6 chambres mais deux sont attenantes."

La casa dispone di tutto il necessario per una vacanza a 5 stelle e le camere sono tutte super confortevoli, con tv e aria condizionata. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi con facilità e la piscina è semplicemente magnifica! Attorno ci sono bar ristoranti e un chiosco sulla spiaggia, molto apprezzato durante la nostra vacanza con dell'ottimo cibo! Torneremo sicuramente a villa Viola, ci è rimasta nel cuore!"

"Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen. Man kommt zu Fuss in wenigen Gehminuten zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Man hat von der einen Seite Morgensonne und von der anderen Seite Abendsonne. Die Aussicht spricht für Sich. Die Küche ist sehr klein gehalten. Wenn man für eine ganze Familie Kochen möchte ist der Platz dafür eher knapp. Der Kontakt mit dem Büro verdient einen extra Stern. Pünktlich, nett, zuvorkommend, vertrauenswürdig. Wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Wir kommen...

"Casa bella è vicina alla spiaggia con possibilità di raggiungere le altre spiagge della zona. Bellissimo spazi esterni. Proprietari accoglienti."

"Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung war gut. Die Klimaanlage war oft im Einsatz, so dass man gut schlafen konnte. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr umfassend über das Haus, Restaurants, Geschäfte usw informiert. Der Strand in Solanas ist sehr schön und sauber, nur in den Ferien etwas überfüllt. Im Sommer wäre ein Ventilator in den Toiletten ratsam, da es bei Hitze schnell im Haus aufheizt. Man kann gut draußen essen, sollte aber Mückenspray dabei haben."

"Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Haus war sehr sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe trotz Sprachbarrieren reibungslos. Ein Hinweis auf die vielen, teils recht hohenTreppenstufen, wäre vorab hilfreich gewesen. Mülltrennung wird akribisch gewünscht, aber die Tonnen stellt der Gast raus. Das Haus liegt in einem separaten Areal, die Straße wird mit elektrischer Schranke gesperrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Strand über eine steile Treppe bei Hitze mit guter Fitness...

"Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unproblematisch und freundlich. Wir wurden mit Wein für die Großen und Süßigkeiten für die Kleinen begrüßt. Wir haben uns in dem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Von Villasimius sind unzählige schöne Strände gut erreichbar, ein Mietwagen ist aber ratsam. Der Ortskern lädt zum Bummeln ein. Wir bedanken uns bei Michele. Grazie mille!"

"Abbiamo passato 10 giorni stupendi. La spiaggia è favolosa, il mare accessibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Il panorama è da mozzafiato. Il sig. Nicola (Host) ha gestito l'accoglienza e consegna con super gentilezza e disponibilità. Complimenti!"

"Sehr schönes Häuschen, liebevoll ausgestattet. Kleiner Garten, schöner Pool. Tolle Lage mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner Strand (Foxi Manna) in direkter Nähe. Viviana ist eine super Vermieterin! Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war schnell und unkompliziert und nett. Jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet, Wünsche prompt erfüllt und wir haben tolle Tipps für den Urlaub bekommen (Ausflugsziele, Strände, Restaurants)! Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good bar service for the "aperitivo". We hardly used the pool but it it was quiet and relaxing. 10 Minutes walk...

"Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene. La struttura sarebbe da rinnovare. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la finestra della camera che da sul bagno della casa di fianco…quindi si sente tutto…"
