"Overall, the hotel is Ok but the staff (excepting the animation staff) are not very nice. Most of them do not speak English, and even when you talk in English they insist on answering back in Italian. When we arrive at the hotel (we were a group of 12) the staff were not polite, they were making jokes in front of us whenever we asked questions. At the information point nobody peaks English and cannot even maintain a simple conversation to provide basic clarifications. The beach is very nice but...

"This was a nice resort although the facilities were not great. We wanted to play tennis but that was €15 per session and it’s only for a few hours during the day. Also there was no one there to provide the rackets and ball. There are no kettles or coffee/tea facilities in the room or anywhere else, so that was very annoying. The good thing were the private beaches and free watersport facilities."
