"Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor"

"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."

The property was not suitable or even possible for an 84 year old using two canes and a wheeled walker. The owner never corrected our assumption that Calle del Frutal was wrong, and that the house was not even on Los Arboles, but down an alley I could not be expected to use (gated with a cement barrier of foot high. No railings on stairs except for...

"Firstly, I have to thank Catherine so much for her amazing communication. The perfect host, such quick response to all of our questions. The treehouse was comfortable, good bed, soft pillows and the shower with plenty of hot water, a nice deck for eating breakfast.Lovely gardens and such a nice deck overlooking the lake to read and just enjoy the peace after a busy day visiting the villages around the lake..enjoyed the hammock too! Hailing tuktuks to the village of San Juan is easy from the top...
