"Excellent vacation rental two blocks from the beach with beach view deck. Spotlessly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs. The studio is separated from the main rental by an outside staircase. Very quiet with dual pane doors. Beach wagon, beach gear, and bikes were great. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed grilling on top Oceanview deck. Stairs on deck a little dark at night so would bring a flashlight from your car roadside kit. "

"This unique property was very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Close to town yet surrounded by nature. Tons of space made it easy to spread out or to be together at the large dining table or the beautiful living room. I love this area and would stay here again!"

"I felt safe and cozy in this cute older cottage. I had use of beach things and most everything I needed. Bring your own hair blow dryer because the one supplied is very slow with no hot air. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and not far from Morro Rock. "

"Great stay visiting our college town. We loved being walking distance to town to hit up our favorite restaurants college bars. The biggest win was being right around the corner from our favorite sandwich spot - High Street Deli. The best sandwich you will ever have. We loved being able to bring our dog who enjoyed the backyard. We struggled a bit working remotely with the WiFi but made do. Oh - so many great walkable coffee shops. Definitely do that vs the k cup machine at the house :)We will...

"My husband and I enjoyed the cozy Coach House. The bath towels and wash cloths were plentiful. It was sufficiently stocked for an egg breakfast, coffee and tea for two. The view from the bedroom was gorgeous. We were the only ones in the area for our first couple of days and were not bothered when some weekend guests staying up the hill arrived. Great location, close to Paso Robles and wineries but far enough away for privacy. If I could ask for something it would be an outdoor lounger or more...
