"The staff was very kind and accommodating. I did not feel unsafe at any time while onsite. The place is not updated, old carpet, and my "non-smoking" room smelled smoky. The carpet was old. I found a bug on my pillow, not sure what it was...it may have been a small spider. I held the room for two days, but did not sleep there. I only used the place to shower. "Worst hotel room i have ever seen and I am 54 years old. Room was filthy. Stains on the comforter. Non-smoking room reeked of weed and tobacco smoke. Filthy tub, nasty carpet and NO HOT water. Was told if I wait until morning to shower their may be some then, but no guaranty. Just nasty. Very grateful I left immediately and got a full refund."
