Full kitchen, theatre room, game room with pool table; TV's in living room, and all bedrooms, plus TV viewing in theatre room. Theatre room has XL sofa, three electronic reclining theatre chairs, popcorn popper and 7.2 surround sound Master bath has bubbler tub. Satellite TV.
15 minute drive to Lake Murray Marina. 30 min drive to Lake Texoma. 20 minutes drive to downtown Ardmore.

Full access to the home. Food items in the pantry as well as spices, condiments, etc.

The maximum number of guests (including children over the age of 1) is 12. If you need to exceed this number, please contact the host prior to booking.
Other things to note
We are committed to the rental Living Wage Pledge. We pay a house keeping service to clean the home, wash sheets, towels, blankets and every item used by renters. Our housekeeping service ensures that the space is safe and sanitized and we have signed the COVID best practices pledge. We have the home cleaned before you check in as well as before you check out. We are committed to your well being and your safety as well as the well being, safety, and fair pay to our house keeping service as they do an excellent job caring for our home.

Please note: 1) This is not a home dedicated for rental use only; it is our second home and we treat it as such. It is our pleasure to share our home with you, but please know that we do have photos, personal belongings, etc. 2) the home is not baby proofed, so feel free to baby proof as you go! and 3) we are pet FRIENDLY and many dogs and cats leave behind their hair and dander and while we do our best to clean and remove, there will be pet hair and dander in some places.
