"If I could rate this any higher I would! This cottage is simply AMAZING! It is modern and beautifully decorated. It is also the best appointed place we have ever been to, with every detail of everything inside carefully thought of and provided. We were 4 adult couples and we had a fabulous time. Cathy, the host, is super friendly and excellent to deal with. We will definitely be coming back!"

"I stayed in the Wood Duck cottage and had an amazing time! Would definitely return. The sound of the rushing water was super peaceful, and the campground was well maintained. I most appreciated the AC/fan at night, the nearby walking trail and the fenced off leash dog park. I was thankful to have the cottage with the shaded deck as the Mallard cottage deck was fully in the sun the entire day. I also wish the VRBO description had indicated to bring my own sheets and towels. It might be important...

"An excellent place, very clean and comfortable. It was very nice and peaceful sitting on the deck with a morning coffee. Beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows. Cottage was well equipped."

"The cottage was modern inside. Kitchen had all new appliances with great storage. The bathroom was nice and the back room was equipped with laundry and all cleaning supplies. The view of the lake from the cottage was amazing. We ate every meal on the deck outside so we could take it in. It was a similar view from the fire pit as well. It was extremely hot outdoors in the sun but the shade from the trees, roofed back deck over looking the lake, two gazebos and enjoying the lake kept us comfortable and the multi-zone heat pump with indoor units in each room kept us cool inside. We enjoyed the stand up paddle boards on the lake and lazing on the dock Great cottage and yard. Hosts were very thoughtful, welcoming and responsive. Thank you! "

"The dock and water was spectacular and exactly what we wanted. The cottage had everything we needed and worked for 5 adults. The loft has quite low ceilings and the bathroom in the loft has no privacy but otherwise the property was fantastic. The BBQ, AC and wifi worked well. Scott was easy to communicate with. A lovely cottage and area."

"The log home is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and unwind in nature. Gary was extremely helpful with getting us acquainted with the property. Sharing his love for the stars was a special treat and was an incredible experience. It's a great location to see the night sky. "Had an incredible two-night getaway with my wife! The cottage is very nice and clean with everything you need for an off-grid stay! The lake was very quiet and the floating dock was great for swimming. The standup paddle boards were a lot of fun to use! Westport is a nice little town near by if you need to pick anything up. Highly recommend this cottage rental and would book again in the future!"

"Very nice, private site with lots of forested area around. The tent is spaceous and cozy with comfortable, warm beds and all of the amenities. The kitchen gazebo was well stocked for dishes and cooking equipment, as well as minifridge, stove and bbq. Latchable cabinets for food storage as well. The site is very well maintained and clean. The nighttime lighting really creates a relaxing ambiance. Sibo and Gee are lovely hosts. 10/10 would recommend!"

"This property is neat and tidy. My family had a great time. A lot of wildlife to see. The solar lights and screened in eating area really made the nights so much better with the fire ban. We could still enjoy the outside and played games. The lake is so clean - we had little fish nibbling our ankles! Too weedy for us for swimming, but we all dipped in! Lounging and looking at the water was really peaceful. No complaints! Super private. Great hosts."
