"Location is excellent. However, standard of property is poor and in desperate need of some TLC and a deep clean. Examples are:
Oven stinks of grease, mould in the shower, dirty skirting boards, paintwork scuffed and marked around table area and where bins have bashed into the walls, furniture heavily worn and stained, outside the bbq was unusable as totally rusted and the bench could do with a power wash and a repaint, the bathroom tap was too fierce shooting water everywhere which has...

"Lovely small cottage. Easy check in and check out. We were told on the day we could check in earlier than 5pm. Place was warm and comfortable. Good location and easy to find. Balloch nearby has some lovely food places. Firelogs were extra charge which was disappointing as usually is included as standard and you could only get it before 4.30 which is when we arrived so we didn't get to use this. Overall good stay."

"We had a very difficult time locating the property. Using the directions link in the app, we were taken to a private residence down the main road. We reached out to the manager via the app, but never heard back. We eventually found it by simply Googling the business’ name. I had to reach out to management prior to our stay to get instructions for check in and accessing the key. Thankfully the process was very super.The property itself is quiet and tucked away. "It's the second time we've stayed at one of Auchendennan's properties to break up the journey south from the west coast.
