"Giorgio's apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything in town - and amazing view from the kitchen window! Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!"

"This was our second stay at Podere Cunina and was simply wonderful - again! The property is STUNNING with magical views of both sunset and sunrise each day. As a flower lover, I absolutely love all the diversity of the landscaping - everything was in bloom and beautiful! The hosts are so lovely - with warm greetings and advice. It’s a great middle point to visit all of Tuscany. Really gives you the feel of living the Italian villa lifestyle. We hope to be back soon!"

Alles sehr gut zu erreichen, die Wineprobe, das Meer, die Thermalquelle auch die Pizzeria. Der Ausblick über Toscana ist atemberaubend und unbezahlbar. Man bekommt nicht genug davon. "The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...
