"We’ve stayed at this cabin three times now and it never disappoints! It’s tucked away in a private setting with beautiful views, a great hot tub and plenty of outdoor space for both the kids and our dogs to enjoy. Inside is cozy, comfortable and perfect for our family. Dave is also a fantastic host! Was super responsive and always on top of everything. We can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful time staying here! The seclusion and time spent away from the tv/telephones was much needed. Unfortunately it rained during our trip so we were not able to make our way down to the fire pit, however, that gave us the chance to stay in and listen to the rain hit the roof and enjoy the inside scenery! It really helped us not think of anything except relax and decompress and enjoy ourselves. "

"The cabin is 20 minutes from everywhere. The view is amazing! Very clean, the decor, very cozy. The kitchen has everything you could need, the rooms are very comfortable. The hot water runs very well. Things to know : It's a dry town !!! So you want to have a drink, bring your liquor with you, or it's a 40 minutes drive to the town that sells alcohol . Also, have drinkable water !!!! We has a wonderful time! The cabin had everything we needed to relax, have fun and awsome family time !"

"Cousin camp 2025. This property had everything our big family needed. Plenty of space, plenty of activities at the house and right on the Toccoa river made it easy for our kayaking adventurers to start from the property or end at the property. This was by far the cleanest rental we have ever had!!! Check in was easy and the location was beautiful!!!"

"We stayed at this cabin for 4 nights with 4 adults and 3 children (7,9,11). The pictures on the website do show the real situation, which was a reason for us to select this cabin. The kids loved the bunk beds and of course the game room was the most favorite room in the cabin for them. The cabin was very well equipped.
