This stay was our top favorite at the coast. Big hot tub with ocean view. About 10 steps and you're on the beach. We built a fire pit with the nearby stones. The view in the upstairs bedroom is stunning. Love the Spanish style. Tons of board games. All around a 10/10!

Amazing stay! This house was perfect for our large family and had all the amenities we needed. Internet could be a bit stronger throughout the house, but no biggie. Beachfront access was sooo great! Can’t wait to come back.

The location couldn’t have been better. The wall of windows was perfect to sit and watch the angry storm all weekend. Beds were all comfortable. Everyone loved the tub. It’s of puzzles, BUT a cribbage board and cards would ave been great. Normally I wouldn’t say tat a place needs stuff like that, BUT based on the exorbitant fees that were as much as the rent it would have been nice. Over all loved, but won’t pay those fees again.

This is a fabulous property and location. It is ideal for families, and the upstairs suite was wonderful for my son, daughter-in-law, 13 month old and 6 year old. We love the beautiful Arch Cape Beach with nearby tidepools to explore. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, and it was easy to bake or cook in the kitchen. I would love to stay at this property again with upgrades. I was only able to give a four star rating because of the following problems: The freezer and refrigerator doors kept popping open after being closed. We initially did not notice that the freezer door was popping open and had some food melt. The dryer is working OK,, but makes a funny sound, which I think indicates it will fail soon. All of the bedrooms downstairs had windows WITHOUT screens. I think it is very important to put screens on these windows, since shortly after sunset many bats fly in the area. One of the people in our group had to work in the mornings and had trouble with a weak Wi-Fi signal. The back bedrooms don’t get Wi-Fi at all. I think a Wi-Fi extender would be important to add to this property.I only gave a three star rating to the check-in process since we were there and ready to check in at 4 PM but did not get access to the property until 6 PM since it was still being cleaned. Additionally, very little toilet paper was left at the house. I was able to call and have toilet paper delivered the next morning after iTripNorthwest office opened at 9 AM.

Poor maintenance of the house

Booking the vacation home went smoothly. However, A couple days before checking in, I received a message from property management saying that one of the bathtubs is not usable and later they said the shower is not usable. The message was inconsistent and they are not sure about the problem. We asked them to repair the issue before checking in but they couldn’t and said sorry about the inconvenience. Well, we went ahead and went to the inside the vacation home on the check-in day and it smells filthy due to trash in the kitchen from the previous occupants. We asked the property management to send someone to remove the trash but they asked us to remove the trash. This is completely unacceptable. I never recommend anyone to book this vacation home. It looks great in the pics but it is completely different when you see in person. One positive thing about this property is location. It is in a great location and stunning ocean view.

Major problems

The view is incredible. The furnishings and beds are very nice. Nicely remodeled kitchen—BUT the dishwasher does not clean the dishes and we found many ugly little beetles in the upstairs carpet. House needs a thorough cleaning.

Beautiful location right on the beach. House is a good size for a large family. The house itself needs some TLC, showing its age a bit. However, you can’t beat the location and view.

Amazing location

Property location is actually to die for. Beautiful beach. Not touristy. Private and tranquil. Custom hot tub was actually the cherry on top. If you stay in this house you HAVE to use the hot tub. It’s a pretty unique house with some corky things about it to put into perspective it’s not brand new construction so if you like new new this place may not be it but that said the space was perfect, clean, and the stay was amazing.

Celebration on the Beach

This is a beautiful home, in a beautiful location with a beautiful view! It was comfortable whether it was with a few people or a full house. The house was very well equipped. We were impress with the owners inn the week before we arrived, during our stay and as we checked out. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in the very house where we were married in1975 and it was nice to be back there again.

Far exceeded my expectations

Fantastic water front view of the ocean. You could sit there for hours looking at the waves. Very nice kitchen. I would like to come back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location - poor Amenities

Dishwasher was moldy, patio furniture poor quality, hot tub inoperable. Property Mgmt company was indifferent to our circumstances following a rain/wind storm event. Power outage for 24 hours and some property damage to home. Mgmt Co was notified but did not respond appropriately.

Great Spot, Well-Appointed!

Fabulous stay for our family

The property is fantastic with great beach access! The common space was spacious and warm with stunning views. The hot tub was in great working order and very clean and enjoyable. The property management was very responsive and immediately replaced a broken sink handle we alerted them to upon arrival. The house feels pleasantly lived in and we made great memories and look forward to returning.

We paid obviously, for the incredible view, which was the best! But the house is older and in need of updates (for the huge nightly price and fees: we expected more from the house. The photos online make it look spectacular, and it was disappointing. It was surface cleaned well, but so dirty under furniture, all sticky cabinets, and a refrigerator that wasn’t working, (that we had to pull out and clean due to huge amount of dirt and thick dust bunnies clogging compressor.

Review for Casa Pacifica, Arch Cape

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Pacifica & it was the perfect getaway. The beachfront location couldn’t be better, situated at the heart of Arch Cape with just a few steps to the beach. The lack of hills or stairs to the beach was especially convenient for my 85-year-old father & it made the area ideal for volleyball & badminton. One of the highlights was that dogs are welcome! Our group of 13, including kids & adults, had more than enough space to relax comfortably. The house comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home, and even though I brought my own mixer, it wasn't necessary as the kitchen was well-stocked. The hot tub was a huge hit, especially after a refreshing swim in the ocean. It was serviced mid-week, with friendly and flexible staff who made sure it was in top condition. The outdoor deck was spacious, with plenty of seating, allowing us to enjoy meals al fresco while taking in the stunning views. The kids especially loved their private loft upstairs & we found a great collection of games and books for entertainment. The bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped w/quality toiletries & hair dryers, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Victor, iTrip was wonderful, responding to our questions promptly, even after hours. The check-in & check-out process was seamless & when we needed extra time due to a car issue, Victor was incredibly accommodating. Casa Pacifica provided everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend!

Arch Cape Beach Front

Amazing views from this home. Kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. Property manager very quick to respond to any and all questions or needs. We had a wonderful time. Beds were very comfortable.
