"What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. "This home was perfect for me. I just had ankle surgery 2 months ago and the steps were like therapy. Overall great location and everything was just what I needed. Will come back!!!!!!"

"We were visiting family and found this house to be a very comfortable place to stay and visit. Children from 4 to 15 enjoyed the theater and game rooms. The kitchen and Parris bedrooms were also big hits for the themed decor. There’s a nice big living room for sitting around and talking and we enjoyed walking to breakfast."

"The location and house were perfect for our weekend trip to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to stretch out when we had a moment to relax. They have a great rec room setup but we didn’t have time to take advantage of the games with all the wedding activities that were scheduled. "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was warm, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The house is well-stocked with plenty of amenities, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is also fantastic. Close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming getaway."
