"Got to the hotel at about 8:30pm, had a long drive , very excited to get in the hot tub. We don’t stay in hotels often and only book hotels with hot tubs. Their hot tub was ice cold. I spoke with the front desk (very nice girl, not her fault) and she said it happens frequently. She apologized and couldn’t do anything about it. She later lets us know the hot tub will be heated back up by 10:45pm… the pool/hot tub closes at 11pm. The following day I talk to the front desk about partial refund due...

"The hotel is conveniently located 30 minutes away from Sleeping Bear Dunes, 40 minutes away from Traverse City, and only 10 minutes away from Frankfort if you're looking for good restaurants. The room was clean, the king size bed was super comfortable, and the shower is nice and hot. There is also a private beach right behind the hotel. It is a family-run business so don't expect the front desk to be available 24/7 for check-ins and services, but we checked in around 10pm and it was a very quick...
