The studio features:
- Fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee maker, washer/dryer, etc.) with an island and 4 bar stools
- A lounge area with a sofa opening onto a balcony. Dining and relaxing on the southwest-facing balcony are available. - a bedroom area enclosed by a glass wall and blackout curtains (two 80cm x 200cm beds, can be pushed together)
- a bathroom with a shower stall, vanity unit, and heated towel rail
- a separate toilet
- overhead parking for one car and a bicycle rack
