The 8 bedrooms are at one end of the building allowing “the littles” to go to sleep earlier than the adults with no need to worry about making too much noise to disturb their slumber. We were there for a golf getaway so we didn't use any of the water toys, but they were all there if we would have wanted to. Clean and many kitchen items to use for cooking.
