They were very helpful in helping book our local activities and tours! The house itself is in a great location, though a little further from the city center (which we were ok with!). "My family of 4 had such an incredible time hanging out in the heated pool at the home with the spectacular views overlooking the Monteverde Cloud Forest, that it was tough to find inspiration to leave the property to go do other things. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you might need. Also pretty rare to find a two bedroom with two king sized beds. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept soundly. "We loved our stay here. You can’t ever get over the view of the volcano. Perfect distance from activities and the town. Diego was always so responsive to my questions. Cleaning crew came daily to straighten up and take out the trash. The villa was well appointed and spacious. Pool is plenty big to cool off after a long day and we enjoyed our hot tub! "
