"Property is great and location is wonderful for baseball tournament. The property manager is useless as far as fixing issues. My front door lock was broken and no one bothered to inform or fix the lock for my entire stay. I finally had to insist on physical key after waiting 24 hours for them to resolve the issue. The entire stay we had to listen to a chime on the lock as it tried repeatedly to remote lock. Safety matters. I've never had an issue like this with a VRBO property and now I get msgs...

A lot of times when you stay places and they say there are four bedrooms - you know it will accommodate sleeping needs however sitting needs in the living area aren’t addressed or sufficient. "This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! "We traveled with our fur babies and the fenced back yard was perfect for our needs. The location very convenient to restaurants and the major highways. The space inside the house was just want we needed and the remodeling for a older home was very nice. Lastly, nice communication from our host."

"Cleanliness of property was far from satisfactory! On our day of arrival walked in to master bedroom and found medication on the floor, kitchen looked like it had not been swept in months! Kitchen Cabinets had animals droppings (mouse poop) in them.
