Overlooking the Alps, the holiday apartment "Flaine – 7 Persons" impresses with its exceptional panoramic view. With an area of 57 m², it consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as an additional toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 7 people.



Amenities include a television with DVD player and a pool table for your relaxation.



Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace and a balcony offering a magnificent view of the mountains.



The apartment is ideally located just 150 m from the ski lift connecting to the Flaine resort and in immediate proximity to shops such as a bakery, butcher, grocery store, and restaurants. For your excursions, you can also discover Samoëns and the Carroz d’Arâches resort.



Please note: from April 15, the ski lifts, shops, and restaurants in the resort are closed.



A private parking space is at your disposal. Two ski lockers are also available on the ground floor.



Families with children are welcome. However, pets, smokers, and parties are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.



The property does not have air conditioning or Wi-Fi. A babysitting service is available on site for an extra charge. An elevator is available in the building.
