I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes away from Point 90 Mall and Cairo Festival City, which made shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Whether I needed to grab a quick bite or enjoy a relaxing evening out, everything was within easy reach.

"The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area...

Em nossa segunda estadia neste mês de janeiro 2020 ouvíamos piano todas as manhãs. No entanto, o quarto que nos puseram, nas duas vezes tinham o sistema de aquecimento danificado. Na primeira estadia a porta de vidro para a piscina não trancava e sequer fechava por completo, então o frio entrava mas ao menos a água...
"Great place to stay in a new gated community in New Cairo development; the apartment is spotless clean with modern appliances and everything you need to make yourself home.
There is a mall within 10 mins walk which has a supper market , coffee shops and resturants.
The property management team is very responsive and always available on whatsap or you can just walk to their office on ground floor during business hours.

"Not good for a 5 star resort...
Checked in and went to my room, tired from the long flight, I unpacked all my bags, crazy to take shower and relax, I turn the AC on and the heating is not working, called front desk and they send a technician to fix it, after over an hour he cant make it work, I ask him to leave cause I was really tired and wanted to take a shower and rest.
Later on the front desk calls me and offer another room just sleep the night, I had to pack all my bags back....
