"The location is great for downtown entertainment. The unit was clean, instructions for check in and out easy, the owner very responsive. It is dog friendly and the sliding back door faces a walking area that is very convenient for taking the dogs out on walks without having to go around the building. Nice view of the river and hills!"

"Stayed in Lynchburg to watch minor league baseball. Was only 10 minutes away from field and 5 minutes away from shopping. Quiet neighborhood. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighbor does have dogs that bark at your dog if you bring your dog. "

"Grandma (me) and my three daughters and their families (12 of us) just spent a very special week here. The kids ranged from 4-15. We usually rent a beach home and decided to try something different. My grandchildren loved every moment spent there. We were there for seven days, and no one was ready to leave. We swam, and swam some more. They climbed trees, made smores, shot baskets and BB guns. We cooked out, and ordered food from the Chicken Coop (very good.) We put a giant family jigsaw puzzle...

"Wonderful, secluded and the most charming cottage for any taste. Very clean cozy cottage, wonderfully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you will need. Perched on a hill top with great landscape views. Brian and Heidi were very helpful and hands on but also very respectful of your privacy. The bed was like a cloud and the furniture is very comfortable. The whole experience was outstanding and the pool was such a bonus. Looking forward to our next visit there."

"Second time staying at the property and will definitely consider staying again if we are in town. We had an issue with a strong storm blowing down part of the fence and the HVAC cutting out. The host was very fast to respond and both issues were completely corrected within 12 hours, even though it was Easter Sunday! House is clean, location is central to everything and communication was clear. Highly recocomend!"
