The property definitely could have been a little cleaner but overall it was reasonably clean. And they offer a full range of snacks and coffees however we couldn't locate the Keurig... But in defense of the property owner I also did not reach out with any questions and she told me I could. First tons of games for the kids/family to play, andccess...

"We traveled to Augusta for the Ironman 70.3 race in September. The location is pretty close to transition and packet pick up (about 10 minutes away). Close to Augusta Country Club amd Augusta National (about 10 minutes away). There is a nice little park 1 block away for pets. The yard is nice and fenced as well.
