"Absolutely magical place to stay. Beautiful grounds and farm animals roaming around. Peaceful and idyllic stay. Met the owners really friendly and accommodating. Near beaches East and West wittering which are such lovely nature reserve beaches. We have found a UK treasure to stay and will be returning next year again. Thank you for a great long weekend trip. "We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing short break. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and we welcomed the added extras. The living area was compact yet efficiently designed. "We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

"My husband and I were travelling along the south coast of England visiting family. We stayed at Old Sefter School for two nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay. Carole and Tim were incredibly hospitable and ensured that everything was to our liking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the village and walking the beach. We highly recommend this property and would give it ten stars if it was possible! Thank you Carole and Tim for a wonderful stay!"

"A delightful little bungalow. It was warm and cosy. The enclosed garden was ideal for our pets. It was well-furnished with a coffee maker to boot. What more could we ask for! We would certainly stay there again!"

"Bella Vista is truly wonderful - one of the best holiday properties we've ever visited. The location is stunning, rain or shine. The property has everything you need, including a well equipped kitchen and homemade dessert on arrival. Stewart was great to deal with throughout. We'd love to return!"

"Short break by the sea, clean and convenient accommodation. Great to accommodate our dog as well . Enclosed garden and dog friendly beaches. All amenities nearby so we didn’t need to use the care for the whole stay."

"Despite the weather we had a great few nights away in this seaside location. The kids loved the fact we could see the sea from the property and had great fun on the beach at both low and high tide. The property was clean and spacious and had every amenity we required. The location was perfect for both walks to east wittering for lunch or dinner, a short drive to the sandy beach at we sat wittering for a beach day in the sun and a 35min drive into Portsmouth to take in the view from Spinnaker...

"O hotel fica muito bem localizado (próximo à estação de trem/ferry, ao Complexo de Museus da Marinha Real e também a “Spinacker Tower”). O quarto era amplo e a cama confortável. No entanto, são os pequenos detalhes que depõem contra. O quarto fornecido apresentava urina dentro do vaso sanitário. O papel de parede encontrava-se descascado e não houve a troca de toalhas e nem a limpeza do banheiro, de um dia para o outro. Isso causou uma má impressão, a despeito dos pontos positivos anteriormente apresentados"
