"Good - The room is great. The location of the hotel is also great, very close to nice restaurants and the green light rail. The hotel has a nice gym, so you can get your workout done just fine. Bad - The hotel only provides housekeeping upon request; however, it may not show up for several days in a row even after you request it. "Beautiful hotel. Did not receive the room I reserved online. Walls are thin, in my room I could hear the people in lobby along with the music they play over the speakers in the lobby, which was kind of weird. Lots of cute sitting spots around for someone to have a private conversation. Great Starbucks attached to hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant/bar was decent, it did get very crowded and noisy but they have a great outdoor patio. The room was very night and comfortable. "
