"We had a very nice stay. The unit had everything we needed and the location in the city was great. Lots of great food and drink options within walking distance and close to downtown. The host was easy to reach and the instructions provided were helpful. The only two things I would note are the location of the primary bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom faced a busy road. "We picked this unit because it is pet friendly when we visited our daughter for a weekend at UMN. It is clean and the communication with our host was great. Having a dedicated parking spot was also very helpful. The location is convenient and easy to get around by car. "

"Cute little house in the perfect location to an event we attended. We were able to walk and it felt safe. The only issues we had, were the bathroom doesn’t have any light. It has two nightlights, but we attended a 5k that took place at night, so we had to shower in the dark. Not an easy task. Otherwise, it was cute and perfect for what we needed. Oh, the other thing. It states it’s a 4 bed VRBO, but not sure where the 4th bed is? Unless they are counting the couch as a bed?"

"The check in process was smooth and great. The host had great communication throughout. The inside of the house was as expected. However, the upstairs shower and the basement aren't made for tall people and the outside of the house from the front looked a little rough around the edges. That said the beds and living quarters were clean and overall this was a very nice place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Minneapolis area as the host and the house were great."

We were exploring the area for our 29th Anniversary and because our daughter will be going to UW River Falls and will want to explore MN. We enjoyed a packed weekend. We went into Mendota and rented bikes from Lee’s Tour & Rental and road to Minnehaha Falls/Park, lunched across from the rentals at Lucky’s 13. "We came in after supper on our first night and it was easy to find, close to a highway, and with the information that we received earlier that day, we were able to get right in and get settled. It was clean and had enough room for each of us to 'claim a space'. It was very nice to have a quiet place to come back to after our chaotic days at the conference."
