The property is only 500m from the Apollo Bay beaches and a 10 minute stroll to the shops, cafes and restaurants. To top it all off, the property offers a large north facing outdoor deck with spectacular hill views and a spacious backyard, ideal for entertaining and unwinding on those long summer nights.
