The spacious, light-filled lounge room is complete with a fireplace to keep you cosy on those cooler nights, connecting seamlessly to the fully-equipped kitchen and open plan dining area.
Enjoy your time inside with free Wifi, Smart TV, and Netflix for your entertainment or enjoy the picturesque views on the expansive deck, with outside dining table and BBQ.

There are three bedrooms, styled for comfort and relaxation, with a second TV in the bunk room. Please bring your own linen, doonas and pillows are provided.
The spacious bathroom features a shower as well as a bathtub, vanity, and a separate toilet.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property has strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
