Large sofas in accordance with the modern fully equipped kitchen and the grand dinner table will fulfill all your expectations of luxury living. All the indoor areas are covered with individual air conditioning systems (cooling or heating) as well as fast Wi-Fi and many more necessary amenities in our days!

The three Bedrooms and the attic in the living room will accommodate up to 8 persons all sleeping in real beds with super anatomic brand foam mattresses, closets, air conditioning and easy access from the balconies to the garden and the pool area.
So just wake up and make a refreshing dive in the swimming pool!

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your likes.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
