Indoor Facilities
The villas open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and comfort. The space is furnished with a plush sofa and a 32 Smart TV, offering satellite channels for your entertainment. From here, guests can step outside directly to the pool terrace, which offers a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with modern appliances, providing all the essentials to prepare your meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area for four guests, perfect for intimate meals or leisurely breakfasts.
Villa Anthos features one elegantly appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable environment throughout your stay. A modern bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the space, offering all the amenities for a relaxing stay.
Outdoor Facilities
Step outside and discover your private oasis. The 10 sqm outdoor swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the Cretan landscape. Surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol, this area is ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a good book by the water.
For a more relaxed outdoor experience, Villa Anthos offers an outdoor shower to cool off after a dip in the pool. A charcoal BBQ is also available for guests who enjoy cooking outdoors, with a dining table that comfortably seats up to four guests. A ceiling fan in the dining area ensures you can dine in comfort, even during the warm summer months. The villa also offers a parking space for added convenience.
Villa Anthos is part of the Olympia Villas Complex, which includes three villas: Villa Anthos (1 bedroom, 2 guests), Villa Alya (4 bedrooms, 9 guests), and Villa Fos (3 bedrooms, 8 guests). For larger groups, multiple villas can be booked together for a seamless stay.

Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Villa Anthos can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27-28?C, depending on the weather conditions, from March through June 10th and from September 10th through the end of November. Please note that we require 5 days advance notice for this amenity, and when selected, it is provided only for the entire duration of the stay. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night from April to October and 0,5EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
