Inside, the warm and inviting living room offers comfy sofas, a 50" smart TV, and a fireplace for cooler evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station and dining table for six makes it easy to cook, sip, and socialize together.

Step outside to your own private oasis, complete with a pool offering panoramic mountain and valley views, sun loungers for soaking up the Mediterranean sun, and a BBQ and outdoor dining area perfect for alfresco meals under the stars. Surrounded by lush greenery, olive trees, and the sounds of nature, with no neighbours in sight, this villa is designed for those who truly want to disconnect and unwind.

Nestled in the heart of Crete, this charming village offers seclusion with easy access to traditional tavernas and cafés just 5 minutes away. The beaches of Kalyves, Almyrida, and Georgioupolis are within a 15-minute drive, while Chania's Venetian Harbour and Rethymno's fortress are perfect for day trips. Chania International Airport is about 40 minutes away for convenient travel.

Please note: A baby crib is available on-site and included in the cost. An optional laundry set service is also included in the price, provided twice per week. Interim cleaning can be arranged as an optional extra at local rates, and an extra bed is available on-site for €40 per person/night, where applicable. Please note that the homeowner does not have the right to modify these terms.
