"Morning, we stayed for 3 days at this hotel which looked fairly new. Upon first check in, the young oriental lady at the front desk was extremely rude. It was almost like we were bothering her. She was snappy and sharpe with her ansewers. We had the breakfast included with our travel package and even got to meet the owner the first morning. What a super lady, extremely nice. "Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. That was a disappointing start to the day. Aside from that, everything else met expectations."
