"Wir bekamen anstatt einem Doppelzimmer ein Einzelzimmer und eine falsche Karte beim Self Check in. Es konnte uns keiner am Telefon weiterhelfen und es war nicht möglich das Zimmer zu tauschen. Sowas geht gar nicht. Wir mussten mit nur Decke zu zweit in einem Bett schlafen und dann bekommt man am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption nicht mal einen Teil des Geldes retour, sondern muss hoffen, dass man aufgrund eines Beschwerdemails einen Teil des Geldes erstattet bekommt."

"When we arrived at the venue they were fully booked.
We drived 90minutes to get there and our reservation was NOT AVAiLLABLE. We tried to call the venue many times before arriving but they reception never gave us a confirmation about the rooms."
