Beautifully landscaped, own tiny beach where you can swing over clear waters, gorgeous pool, super peaceful, nice restaurant, lovely, clean, round air-conditioning posh "huts', good hot showers and large dressing area. Plus the sweetest people working there! Very helpful. Only downsides, the rooms had no full length mirrors, and as I'm short, I could only ever see the top half of my head before I went out. "Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel tout juste ouvert ! En trois mois de voyage nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli qu'au survival. Un service 5 étoiles pendant nos séjours de 3 nuits. C'était une expérience très réussie de dormir dans des tentes Super bien équipées (très bonne litterie, climatisation...). Nous recommandons vivement pour ceux qui cherchent le dépaysement et surtout une vue splendide sur une plage de cocotier à la sortie de la tente !!! Presque les pieds dans l'eau."

"I got pretty banged up in a scooter crash while I was there (entirety my fault), and the two girls who run it went out of their way to take care of me. They even brought my wallet and passport to the hospital. I'd definitely stay there again."

"Fint hotell med vennlige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Vi kom for innsjekk, men fikk rommet med et smil og uten ekstra kostnad. "

"Der Strand ist wunderschön und das Hotel an sich sehr ruhig. Was man bedenken sollte ist, dass es ein Nebengebäude gibt - nicht jeder ist einer der kleinen Häuser untergebracht. Leider ist das auf den Bildern nicht so rübergekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 😊!"

"Sehr schön eingerichtete Bungalows in einer tollen Strandlage. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und das Essen im Restaurant ist super lecker. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall zurück an diesen traumhaften Ort."

"The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the extra charges. For instance, there is a charge for ice and food to take away. If you break a glass 200 thb. Also the kayaks were at a cost ok no problem (even though I read they were free) but the paddleboards were expensive and they were in a pretty bad state…actually good for the bin as they were missing chunks and really not safe for use. Summing up I would still say this was a very good hotel to stay on the...

"Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour a Ko Kood. Le site de l'hôtel est magnifique et tres dépaysant. Les bungalows sont tres jolis, spacieux et confortables et la salle de bain en extérieur est tres sympa. Le personnel et tout le staff avec les managers à la réception sont très aimables et professionnels. "We recently had an excellent stay at Captain Hook Resort. Nestled in a secluded spot away from other hotels, it offers a peaceful, green, and idyllic atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Whether you're into kayaking, snorkelling, or simply enjoying the usual beach activities, this hotel provides the ideal setting. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the management is always on hand to ensure guests are well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and highly recommended!"

"Everything was great. Extremely helpful and kind staff, nice room, delicious food. Would recommend 100% to go there. That being said, Saii (hotel manager) is an amazing reason to book here. She goes the extra mile to help the guests in any way possible. What is a great experience becomes incredible due to how attentive she is. "

"We had a great time in Cham's House. We stayed for 4 nights and weren't disappointed. The restaurant has great pastas and food in general, the beach is beautiful and they have nice beds and chairs to relax. The staff is helpful and polite. We had some problems with a leak in the air-conditioning of our room for 2 days during our stay, but they promptly intervened and tried to fix it. It wasn't a big issue and they worked fast and efficiently. Would stay again."
