"The bed was extremely comfortable and my room was refreshed daily. Property is close enough to walk to cbd and East Perth bus/train station. Diverse range of cafe/bars in the area for cocktail try Bar Love. The rooms are very dated and the over sized spa bath is tricky to get in and out off to have a shower. The hotel is large and would make a great conversion into self-contained units."

"Good location and friendly staff, but it was generally dirty everywhere. We found trash under the bed from previous guests (in addition to a lot of dust), so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The room that was supposed to accommodate two people was not suitable for that. It had no windows and was very small, so don’t book here if you have claustrophobia. The washing machine available at the hostel didn’t clean the clothes properly, and the clothes were still wet after using the...

"A great little oasis at the quieter end of Hay St. Plenty of great food and coffee options nearby. I recommend Smooth Operator Coffee and Heno & Rey for a nice wine and tapas. Baha on Level 1 is a really pleasant space to relax, unwind, enjoy happy hour or get some work done. Would definitely stay here again."

"Food very good Service friendly But the noise in the room from road and concerts in particular was terrible way to loud with sirens etc and in general for the price of the room it should have double glazing and sound she be limited."

"Reception only opens from 9 am to 5 pm. No flexibility to work around that as staff was asking us to send picture of the credit card even the bond had already been taken. Not recommended for visitor who has work commitment and therefore can’t go to the reception to register within 9 am to 5 pm. Further the room was not cleaned even once during my 9 nights staying there."
